We are a recently-opened gallery in St Ives, standing in Island Square just along from the original – and still active – Porthmeor artists’ studios and fishermen’s cellars, the St Ives School of Painting and the Tate St Ives
The property is an iconic St Ives landmark, and was formerly well-known as 'Ponckles'. The present owners, Jane and Godfrey Rehaag, bought it in the Spring of 2006, and then spent the rest of the year entirely rebuilding and refurbishing it to the highest possible standards. The gallery opened on 1st January 2007 and is operated by the owners personally.
